Vicious Boats are fully "infusion-molded", a composite sandwich concept from DIAB Group, Laholm Swden, which is the company that manufactures the materials used in the process. Vicious was pioneer of this technology in the U.S. By vacum bagging your materials down dry you have no air voids between the laminates, no air voids between the core - everything is very tight. This process allows Vicious to reduce the weight of a 31' boat by 1000lbs!
